Training and development is high on the agenda at RK group. Every month as part of your monthly review with your manager you will assess what training or development you feel is required. This is then recorded and delivered over the next 3-6 months in-line with the requirement of others in your business. Training across locations and brands is key to sharing experience and knowledge regardless of discipline of desk that you recruit. Our leadership team take responsibility to deliver training courses as well as the dedicated training manager. We also look externally to up skill our people, we use outside specialists to maintain a robust training programme for more technical areas of developments.

In your first months with us, you will complete and pass an in-depth training course on all aspects of recruitments from employment law, advertising to in viewing and screening technique following our bespoke training programme “brilliant at the basics” following on from this you will attend ongoing internal and external courses.
From our recent conference we set out our People Plan which would include an ongoing delivery of L & D, continuing the support for new starters, development of our current team and ensuring that our leaders in the business have the tools to run an excellent business.
