A well known manufacturing company are seeking an experienced Payroll Assistant to join their Bolton office. This business boasts excellent employee retention levels, which is achieved through offering diverse roles and comprehensive staff training and development schemes.
Your role in your new job
Working in a friendly finance team, you will be delivering an excellent payroll service to their 450 staff. This is weekly payroll and also involves analysis work on excel (so excellent excel skills are also required for this opportunity.)
One day per week you will also be required to get involved in purchase ledger recconciliations & job costings
Your experience and our requirements
The ideal candidate will ideally have a minimum of 3 years payroll experience. You will have a strong technical knowledge of tax, SMP & SSP and be committed to delivering outstanding customer service, when handling queries
