Ideally we are looking for:
- Someone who is already operating at a senior level in the finance recruitment market.
- A high achieving and enthusiastic leader with a successful track record of growing business and leading from the front, across a range of sectors.
- A strong people developer who can get the best out of teams and address the demands of the post recession market
- The ability to adapt to the new recruitment landscape and provide evidence of generating genuine competitive advantage
- Strong operational management skills
