"I would like to thank Diane and Jo for all the help and support they have given WNT during this year.
I contacted several agencies when we are in need of some temporary accounts cover, RK took time to understand my need and business and responded quickly with CV's and candidate overview from which I chose a candidate for a working interview. We initially wanted a temporary account assistant for 6 month to help us over our year end period and maternity leave. The candidate was excellent so we offered her a permanent position which she duly accepted.
A couple of months later we again required further help, this time I just rang RK and spoke to Diane and told her we required another temporary accounts assistant. Diane quickly rang me back; however instead of offering me CV's, she recommended a specific candidate. This candidate again worked temporary for a couple of months. Her work was once again outstanding so again we offered her a permanent position.
During the temporary contracts Dianne spoke to both me and the candidate on a weekly basis, checking if they were happy and also that we as a company were happy with the service being provided.
I would not hesitate to recommend RK to anyone requiring temporary or permanent staff; the service we have received has been excellent. The consultants take time to understand the businesses they are working with and all candidates are interviewed face to face and referenced."
